Job Title Project Manager- Healthcare (HW/SW) Job Description This role manages projects and implementations, delivering solutions while building strong stakeholder relationships. You will thrive in fast-paced environments, coordinating across supply chain, engineering, and clinical teams within the Radiology Operations Command Center to ensure smooth deployments and operational success. Your role: Lead multiple high-speed hardware and software deployment projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. Own the full project lifecycle from sales handoff through implementation and post-launch stabilization, driving go-live readiness, acceptance, and delivery excellence. Coordinate cross-functional teams—both customer (clinical, IT, operations) and internal (engineering, technical, and supply chain)—to ensure seamless execution and proactive risk management. Engage with hospital stakeholders through status meetings and steering committees to align deliverables with clinical and operational goals while anticipating and resolving integration or dependency challenges. Support product and business growth by capturing client feedback, identifying process improvements, and ensuring smooth transition to customer success for post-launch support. You’re the right fit : A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, social science, or healthcare, with 5+ years of project management in healthcare informatics (radiology space is a plus). A Strong Communicator with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; confident with executive stakeholders, clinicians, and technical teams alike; skilled at translating complex requirements into clear actions. Proactive & Process-Driven and action-oriented with strong organizational skills; able to set up repeatable processes and scalable structures while executing immediate project needs. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $71,250 to $114,000. The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $75,000 to $120,000. The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $78,750 to 126,000. The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $84,000 to 134,400. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
