Job Title Medical Equipment Implementation Specialist (Remote based/National Travel) Job Description Medical Equipment Implementation Specialist As a Medical Equipment Implementation Specialist you will project manage new account implementations to ensure our customers are delighted while they transition from their previous service providers. You will also strive to maintain positive relationships with customers by driving the compliance of contractual obligations, identifying areas of improvement and program quality audits. Your role: Implement and project manage new customer medical equipment service contracts Inventory verification of all contracted assets. Create customer Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or service operations database, coordinate and work with sales, local service and back-office operations teams, and lead meetings between Philips and the customer. Establish balanced Planned Maintenance schedule, prepare contract reconciliation documents. Support the Multi-Vendor field service organization nationwide Assist with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) support cases for field technicians. Support the compliance of the Philips Biomed/Clinical Engineering program which includes Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), FDA and accreditation agencies. Drive new initiatives to improve the overall program across the country and contribute to solving service delivery gaps at both a regional and national level. You're the right fit if: You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent mix of education and work experience. 2+ years of Biomed/Clinical Engineer field experience preferred and 2+ years in project management experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. Proficient in large dataset analysis, Vlookups and Pivot Tables, and have an understanding of database creation. You are customer service oriented with the ability to present to customer audiences and influence internal and external resources to a stated objective without formal authority. Travel up to 75% M-F to customer sites, training and other business needs. Philips Transparency Details The annual pay range for this position in AZ, AR, IA, IO, KS, KY, LO, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, VI, WV is $76,000 to $121,000 The annual pay for range for this position in AL, CO, DE, FL, GA, HI, IL, ID, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PN, TX, VT, VA, WI, WY is $80,000 to $128,000 The annual pay for range for this position in AK, MD, NY, RI, WA is $84,000 to $134,000 The annual pay for range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, NJ is $89,000 to $143,000 This role may also include a company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
