Forklift Operator Job description and expectations for Forklift Operator include obtaining a valid Forklift driver license and working independently with limited supervision. The role may require overtime, including more than 40 hours per week, 7 days a week, and up to 12 hour days. Multi-computer skills are paramount to the team's success. The ideal candidate must be able to twist, reach, bend, lift a minimum of 50 pounds, push 50 pounds, pull 50 pounds, and climb as needed. The job also requires effective communication in English, both orally and in writing, and proficiency in computer software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Dashpad.
