What you’re looking for: • A stable role with a supportive, in-office team culture • Meaningful projects that improve healthcare and education environments • Trust in your judgment and technical expertise • A team where professionalism, reliability, and follow-through matter • Opportunities to guide, mentor, and influence project quality • Leadership that values clear communication and thoughtful decision-making Who we’re looking for: • 10+ years of architectural experience (healthcare or institutional preferred) • California Architecture License required • Strong technical skills in detailing, coordination, and documentation • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam (Revit is a plus) • A natural mentor with clear, confident communication skills • Calm, organized, and steady under pressure • Someone who values quality, structure, and clear processes What you’ll do: • Lead the technical development of healthcare and education projects • Perform QA/QC and uphold drawing and documentation standards • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and regulatory agencies • Guide junior and intermediate team members • Participate in project meetings with clarity and confidence • Help improve workflows, standards, and internal processes This role allows you to be the technical backbone of the project team — the person others trust, learn from, and rely on.
