Payments Monitoring & Testing Senior Analyst • **ideally hybrid in Columbus, OH, but open to remote candidates*** Summary Responsible for monitoring and testing the Payments Program's risk activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Works under the direction of the Payments Testing Manager to execute the Compliance Monitoring and Testing Program. Qualifications • Education: Bachelor's degree required. • Certifications: CRCM, CIA, CAMS, or similar preferred. • Experience: 4+ years in compliance testing/monitoring, audit, or risk. Financial services background with strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance controls (or equivalent education/experience). Essential Functions • Execute the Payments portion of the annual Compliance Monitoring & Testing Program by planning and conducting reviews to identify and manage compliance risks. • Assist in developing the Annual Compliance Testing and Audit Plan. • Maintain expertise in federal and state regulations impacting payments, including Reg E, Reg P, Reg DD, GLBA, privacy laws, and UDAP/UDAAP. • Perform transactional testing and control analysis to assess adequacy of processes; support other testers when needed. • Prepare accurate test scripts, workpapers, and documentation of findings; review peer workpapers as assigned. • Draft clear, concise observations, potential violations, and findings for management reporting. • Track and monitor issues in the Issues Management system; validate corrective action plans upon completion. • Maintain regular communication with the Testing Manager, escalating concerns promptly. • Support drafting of review reports and presentation of results to stakeholders and senior management
