Overview Seeking a senior Sanctions Transformation Lead to support a fintech organization undergoing regulatory remediation related to OFAC and global sanctions compliance. This role focuses on strengthening sanctions policies, controls, and product risk documentation, with an emphasis on regulatory alignment, screening effectiveness, and audit readiness. Key Responsibilities • Drive sanctions-related remediation across policies, standards, and control frameworks • Map OFAC and global sanctions requirements to internal policies, procedures, and screening controls; identify and remediate gaps • Review and validate sanctions risk documentation for new and modified products • Assess sanctions screening governance, escalation, and decisioning frameworks • Develop and maintain regulatory traceability and audit-ready documentation • Partner cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, and Operations teams Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in sanctions compliance, financial crimes, or regulatory transformation • Hands-on experience supporting sanctions remediation, enforcement-driven change, or regulatory programs • Strong knowledge of OFAC regulations, global sanctions regimes, and screening methodologies • Experience with regulatory mapping, policy development, and traceability • Background in fintech, digital banking, payments, or financial services
