Salary is 140k to 160k We're seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead a technical team and oversee the stability, security, and evolution of our core technology environment. This role combines strategic direction with hands-on insight across systems, networks, cloud services, and identity management. Key Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day leadership for the infrastructure team, including coaching, workload planning, and fostering a collaborative, solution-focused culture. • Direct the administration of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy, ensuring seamless system performance and secure configurations. • Oversee enterprise networking operations, including LAN/WAN connectivity, VPN access, firewalls, switching, wireless technologies, and network segmentation. • Manage and optimize virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V to support efficient compute and storage usage. • Guide the design and operation of cloud services within AWS, Azure/Microsoft Entra, and Microsoft 365, ensuring scalability and strong governance. • Implement resilient backup strategies and disaster-recovery solutions using Rubrik or equivalent technologies. • Lead identity and access management initiatives using platforms like Okta or Azure AD/Entra to maintain secure and streamlined authentication processes.
