Overview: Phase 1 Recovery, a reputable repossession agency, is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Case Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee various aspects of the repossession process, including skip tracing within your designated zone, scheduling vehicle pickups, managing the lot, releasing vehicles to transporters and debtors, and conducting personal property inventory. Responsibilities: 1. Scheduling Vehicle Pickups: - Coordinate and schedule the efficient retrieval of vehicles based on repossession orders. -Collaborate with field agents to ensure timely and successful vehicle pickups, optimizing the repossession process. 2. Lot Management: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the vehicle storage lot. -Ensure the organized placement of repossessed vehicles, maintaining an accurate inventory. 3. Vehicle Releases: - Facilitate the release of vehicles to authorized transporters and debtors in compliance with established procedures. -Verify the necessary documentation and information before releasing any vehicles. 4. Customer Service: - Maintain professional and courteous communication with banks, lending institutions, and customers. -Address inquiries, provide updates, and offer solutions to enhance overall customer satisfaction during the repossession process. 5. Personal Property Inventory: - Conduct thorough and systematic inventories of personal property found within repossessed vehicles. - Document and store personal belongings according to established protocols. 6. Documentation: - Create and maintain detailed case files, documenting all relevant information related to skip tracing efforts, scheduling, customer interactions, lot management, and personal property inventory - Ensure accuracy and completeness of records for compliance and reporting purposes. 7. Collaboration: - Work closely with field agents, providing them with accurate information and supporting their efforts in asset recovery. - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency. 8. Compliance: - Stay informed about and adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to repossession activities. Qualifications: - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with repossession software, skip tracing tools, and lot management. - Customer service experience, particularly in handling sensitive situations. - Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment.
