This role will oversee a team of process engineers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic transformation across pharmacy workflows. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, a strong background in pharmacy operations (preferably LTC), and a forward-thinking approach to automation and emerging technologies including Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI. Travel: 25-50% Schedule: Monday - Friday, hours to be determined by business needs We offer:DailyPayFlexible schedulesCompetitive payShift differentialHealth, dental, vision and life insurance benefitsCompany paid STD and LTDTuition AssistanceEmployee Discount Program401kPaid-time offTuition reimbursementNon-retail/Closed-door environment This position will be posted a minimum of 5 days Responsibilities Leads and mentors a team of process engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Develops and executes a strategic roadmap for operational excellence across pharmacy services Champion Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and compliance Identifies and prioritizes high-impact opportunities for automation, digital transformation, and AI integration Collaborates with executive leadership, IT, clinical, and operations teams to align process engineering initiatives with organizational goals Oversees the design and implementation of process maps, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks Evaluates and implements advanced technologies (GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI) to enhance decision-making, reduce manual effort, and improve service delivery Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and support audit readiness through robust documentation and process controls Leads change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). 7+ years of experience in process engineering, operations, or pharmacy leadership roles. Proven success in leading Lean/Six Sigma initiatives (Black Belt certification preferred). Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, with LTC experience highly desirable. Demonstrated experience in implementing automation and emerging technologies in operational settings. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in process mapping, data analytics, and performance management tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading digital transformation or AI-driven initiatives in healthcare or pharmacy environments. Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks in pharmacy operations. Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MS in Engineering or related field).
