Roles & Responsibilities Content Creation and Production Develop, design, and edit clear, engaging copy tailored to different employee groups, including multiple formats, optimized for mobile and web consumption. Create variations of content by format (short text, infographics, video, push notifications). Content Planning & Strategy Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with company initiatives, HR milestones (e.g., benefits enrollment), employee recognition, and leadership communications. Partner with leadership and HR to prioritize messaging that reaches all employee segments (corporate, facility staff, couriers). Content Management & Governance Own the upload, tagging, and categorization of all content in the app. Establish content guidelines (tone, length, accessibility, brand alignment), ensuring HR/Legal standards are met. Archive outdated content and maintain a searchable, up-to-date library. Engagement & Interactivity Design and manage push notifications (urgent news, reminders) and pull mechanisms (on-demand libraries, surveys, recognition walls). Build two-way communication opportunities (feedback loops, comments, or pulse surveys) to drive engagement. Analytics & Optimization Track metrics such as open rates, video views, click-throughs, and engagement by segment. Generate insights for leadership on content performance and employee connectedness and develop actions to bridge gaps. Requirements: Strong story telling communications through written, video, infographics, etc. Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for graphic design and video editing with portfolio Experience with content management systems (CMS) or internal communication platforms. Competence in measuring and interpreting engagement metrics (views, clicks, push open rates, survey responses).
