Pay & Details : $80,000-$105,000 gross annual pay Weekly home time Regional runs 2026 International and Peterbilt tractors Retention bonuses - $6,000 within the first two years Benefits : Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 100% match up to 5% of gross pay Company-paid life insurance and long-term disability Paid orientation in Blairsville, PA (PGT provides all travel arrangements) Paid holidays and vacation time $5,000 driver referral bonus Flatbed training pay – experienced flatbed drivers can seat the first week!
