We’re expanding our national sales team and hiring a high-energy Account Manager who loves building relationships, traveling, and winning. This role combines the stability of a $60K base with uncapped commissions—successful Account Managers realistically earn $250K+ (On-Target Earnings). What we’re looking for • Bachelor’s degree required. • 1–3 years in Sales/Account Management/Customer Success (3PL, e-commerce, or logistics is a plus—not required). • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Valid driver’s license & passport; willing to travel 30–50%+. Your first 90 days • Days 1–30: Onboard, master our offering, join client calls/ride-alongs, start a focused prospect list. • Days 31–60: Take ownership of select accounts; begin pipeline generation; attend customer meetings. • Days 61–90: Run your own book with coaching; progress opportunities toward close; map expansion plays. Compensation & benefits • Base Salary: $60,000 annually. • OTE: $250,000 annually (base + achievable commissions). • Uncapped earnings—top performers regularly exceed $250K. • All travel expenses covered (trade shows + client visits). • Health, dental, and vision insurance. • Paid time off and holidays. • Rapid career growth in a scaling company.
