Requires 2+ years recruiting experience, ability to source mid to senior level talent, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects; pharmaceutical industry experience and WorkDay ATS knowledge are nice-to-have.
WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE The Sales Senior Recruiter 6 Month Secondee is responsible for facilitating the full life-cycle recruitment for their respective business units. This person will act as a trusted advisor and facilitate recruitment while following global operating procedures, best practice principals which include, but is not limited to, sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection and offer development. They will recruit best-in-class candidates for mid to senior level positions across the organization. HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT Develop a deep understanding and awareness of their respective business unit Build strong relationships with business leaders and HR leaders to lead the recruitment process. Work cross functionally with HR partners to maintain compliance and integrity. Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the full recruitment life cycle. Evaluate candidate backgrounds to match core competencies with key hiring requirements and assess motivational fit. Utilize appropriate selection techniques. Act as a credible and trusted resource to client groups. Incorporate creative solutions for identifying diverse talent and increasing the diversity of talent pools Offer development including mid to high level candidate conversations, LTI interpretation, and creative offer approaches Ensure that hiring is consistent with the business goals and follow recruitment guidelines and processes to ensure compliance Develop an understanding of the talent landscape in order to promote individualized hiring strategies Plays a part in local and regional TA projects proactively QUALIFICATIONS Must-Have BA/BS with 2+ years of recruiting/relevant HR experience. Demonstrated ability to develop solid working relationships with both hiring managers and HR partners associated with your client groups. Ability to source mid to senior level talent. Ability to develop support hiring plans and play a role in development/launch of recruitment campaigns. Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Nice-to-Have MBA/MS with any years of relevant experience. Experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry. Experience in commercial sales recruitment. Prior experience working in WorkDay as an applicant tracking system.
