Lead day-to-day global external workforce program management, resolve escalations, collaborate cross-functionally, drive continuous improvement, and manage vendor relationships and teams.
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years experience, familiarity with business support software, vendor management, sourcing tools, process improvement, leadership, and strong communication and analytical skills.
Description: • Serve as operational lead for day-to-day external workforce program management activities globally • Act as key point of contact for issue resolution, escalations, and stakeholder support related to contingent workforce processes • Partner with HR, Procurement, Legal, and Digital functions to ensure seamless BAU execution and implement enhancements • Contribute to change management for new tools, processes, or governance updates and promote continuous improvement • Monitor and support resolution of high-risk or complex HR/ER workforce issues and client escalations • Review operating reports and activity metrics to understand trends and prepare executive dashboards and summaries • Analyze program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and support global continuous improvement initiatives • Develop and maintain strong relationships with MSP delivery teams and 3rd party vendors and ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs • Lead the development & implementation of vendor management policies, standardized SOPs, and service marketing campaigns • Own and manage team of staff or outsourced vendor, oversee trainings, and provide coaching to enable world-class client experience Requirements: • Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR an associate's degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience • Familiarity with Business support software • Experience of leading market research for identification of potential suppliers for service delivery operations • Experience of implementing sourcing tools and technologies, such as e-sourcing platforms and supplier management systems • Ability to independently develop standardized operating procedures for end-to end service delivery • Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional leaders • Experience in identifying process improvement opportunities • Experience of building training material across process flows and tools • Strong business operations acumen • Highly detail oriented with an ability to produce high-quality, timely outcomes • Flexible to changing priorities and comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic environment • Strong stakeholder relationship building abilities, negotiation & influencing skills • Demonstrated leadership experience including influencing, coaching, and overseeing colleagues • Experience with vendor technology solutions • Experience in supporting risk & compliance management • Experience in supporting client relationship management, leadership, and customer service in a technological context • Track record of performing business partnerships & delivering value to clients • Experience performing client expectation management • Proven experience in process improvement, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Experience working in a global or matrixed environment preferred • Knowledge of supplier management and customer service skills • Knowledge of process flows, tools, and third-party vendor risk mitigation • Knowledge of service resource/capacity planning and managing high-performing delivery teams • Vendor outsourcing and 3rd party management skills • Preferred certifications: CCWP, ITSM, PMP, LEAN, CAPM • Preferred: Similar procurement/Sourcing/Vendor Operations Management experience with a Blue-chip organization Benefits: • Eligible for Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan bonus target of 12.5% of base salary • Eligibility to participate in Pfizer’s share-based long term incentive program • 401(k) plan with Pfizer Matching Contributions and an additional Pfizer Retirement Savings Contribution • Paid vacation, holiday and personal days • Paid caregiver/parental and medical leave • Health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage • Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility
