Job Description: • Responsible for driving the strategy, processes, and systems for IM sales team • Collaborate with internal medicine and partners to improve field sales effectiveness • Identify issues impacting business goals and propose solutions • Lead and manage critical projects to enhance sales organizational effectiveness • Partner with sales leadership to develop field and management development programs • Monitor and evaluate success metrics across marketing teams Requirements: • BA/BS with 6+ years of experience, MBA/MS with 5+ years of experience • 8 or more years of pharmaceutical industry experience • Demonstrated understanding of the pharmaceutical sales operational environment • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple teams/functions at Pfizer • Strong reporting and analytical capabilities to derive insights from sales data • Effective communication with colleagues at all levels • Strong internal networking skills Benefits: • Eligible for Relocation Package – NO • Secondment 12 months
