Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located at our Cedar Hill, TX office. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management tasks, and ensuring compliance with HR standards. This role involves collaborating with team members and leadership to support a positive workplace environment and efficient HR practices. Qualifications • Proficiency in core HR functions, including Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies • Knowledge and experience in Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to handle confidential information and maintain high ethical standards • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Experience in a similar role; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
