Our Distribution Centers are hiring full-time associates for multiple roles to support day, night, and weekend shifts, offering flexible schedules with 10-hour weekday or 12-hour weekend shifts and shift differential pay. Role and Responsibilities: As a Distribution Warehouse Material Handler, you will play a vital role in supporting distribution center operations by ensuring materials are organized and efficiently moved throughout the facility. • Operate Reach Truck to gather, move, and stack pallets for smooth warehouse operations. • Operate Dock Stocker to unload, sort, and track salvage returns from stores. • Unload and lay down pallets in reusable condition for order fill processing. • Move and stack recyclables to maintain an efficient workspace. • Remove corrugate, plastic, and debris from containers, bins, gaylords, receptacles, docks, and bags to allow additional items to be placed safely without spillage. Required Skills and Experience: • Passion for pets and people and desire to grow a fulfilling career. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Ability to follow basic instructions and respond to standard requests via written, oral, or headset communication. • Ability to bend, twist, stretch, push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds. • Comfortable alternating between standing, sitting, and walking for entire 1012 hour shifts. • Willing and able to operate powered industrial and mechanical equipment safely, including reach trucks, standups, dock stockers, and pushcarts. • Ability to work in various temperatures and noise levels. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience handling materials in a warehouse or distribution center environment. • Experience operating powered industrial equipment and following safety procedures.
