The LSR Sales Specialist is the primary sales driver responsible for revenue growth across key partners including Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s, and Dillard’s. This role owns sales goals, secures orders and reorders, and builds strong relationships with store leadership to maximize business opportunities. The position requires proven negotiation skills, independent field management, accountability for revenue, and the ability to develop strategic travel and store visit schedules. We are hiring for two positions: one based in the Dallas, TX area and one in the Chicago, IL area. Candidates must either currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to, one of these locations. Please indicate your preferred location when applying. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Manage national accounts (Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s, Dillard’s; additional accounts as assigned). Drive revenue growth through securing orders, reorders, and sell-through increases across departments. Develop and execute sales strategies with accountability for sales goals and performance. Partner with department managers to address product shortfalls, inventory concerns, replenishment, and future buys. Negotiate with store leadership to grow business opportunities. Merchandise sales floors to align with inventory and buy focus; suggest adjustments as needed. Build strong in-store relationships with department managers, sales associates, and leadership. Deliver product knowledge and brand awareness training to sales associates through seminars and floor time. Provide weekly travel schedules, conduct a minimum of five store visits per week, and submit detailed visit reports. Identify missed business opportunities, stock concerns, and replenishment needs; make proactive recommendations. Operate independently in the field with consistent reporting and accountability to leadership. COMPETENCIES: Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet/exceed revenue goals. Strong negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across multiple levels (store leadership, department managers, sales associates, customers). Skilled in training, coaching, and motivating associates to enhance selling skills. Highly organized with strong planning, time management, and follow-through. Detail-oriented with ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions. Effective communicator with clear reporting and feedback to leadership. Independent, self-motivated, and accountable for results. DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: BA/BS in related field or equivalent experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at time management Self-motivated, with ability to work independently Outgoing personality; skilled at building and maintaining customer relationships Experience in tailored clothing & made-to-measure required Proven record of driving sales and revenue growth with national accounts Strong negotiation and influencing skills with store leadership The salary for this position is $75,000 If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
