About Petal Crest Financial Petal Crest Financial is a financial services firm focused on helping individuals and families build long-term, tax-advantaged wealth strategies. We specialize in retirement planning, asset protection, and education-based financial solutions. We are currently expanding and looking for motivated individuals interested in building a career in financial services through a structured training and mentorship program. Position Overview This is a fully remote, commission-based independent contractor role. As a Financial Consultant, you will work virtually with clients to educate them on financial strategies and help design customized plans based on their goals. No prior financial experience is required. Before engaging with clients, representatives must obtain a state life insurance license as required by state law. Licensing fees are paid directly to the appropriate state agency and are not paid to the company. Training is provided, but candidates must be willing and able to obtain a state life insurance license (state-required fees apply). What You’ll Be Doing • Meeting with clients virtually via Zoom • Conducting financial needs analyses • Educating families on retirement and protection strategies • Creating customized financial plans • Participating in weekly training and mentorship calls • Building your own client base through networking and referrals What We’re Looking For • Self-motivated and disciplined (remote work requires initiative) • Strong communication skills • Coachable and open to feedback • Comfortable working in a performance-based environment • Willing to obtain a state life insurance license (state-required fees apply) • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation & Growth • 100% Commission-based compensation (no cap on earnings) • Paid directly by product providers • Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time) • Advancement opportunities based on performance This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility, entrepreneurial growth, and long-term income potential within the financial services industry.
