Role Description We are seeking a Sales eCommerce Director to join our growing Sales team. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how to scale CPG brands within digital marketplaces while driving profitable growth and cross-functional alignment. What You'll Own • Translate business objectives into actionable growth plans spanning assortment, pricing, media, and promotional investments • Elevate digital shelf performance by improving content quality, discoverability, and conversion • Drive recurring revenue programs and customer retention initiatives within marketplace ecosystems • Partner with Marketing to align paid media investments with channel growth priorities • Ensure operational excellence through disciplined forecasting, inventory flow management, and proactive issue resolution • Represent the company in senior-level retailer discussions and annual planning sessions • Identify whitespace opportunities for product expansion and portfolio optimization • Develop reporting frameworks that provide visibility into performance drivers and growth levers • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure aligned execution What You'll Bring • 10+ years’ experience within a CPG environment • Demonstrated success scaling marketplace revenue • Strong commercial acumen with direct ownership of forecasting and financial planning • Deep understanding of digital shelf dynamics, retail media, and subscription programs • Experience navigating operational complexity including demand planning and inventory optimization • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and retailer partners • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into decisive action
