Location: Irving, Texas 75062 Position Type: Full Time Schedule: Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities: * Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner * Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician routes * Maintain and update customer records in our service management software * Process invoices, payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks * Communicate with customers regarding service inquiries, follow-ups, and appointment confirmations * Support field technicians by ensuring they have updated schedules, work orders, and necessary materials * Maintain inventory of office and field supplies and place orders as needed * High volume inbound and outbound calls * Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and internal documents * Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations * Provide general administrative support to management and other team members Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred * 1–2 years of administrative or office coordination experience (experience in pest control or service industry a plus) * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office software * Experience with scheduling software or customer management systems * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Termite experience preferred but not required Why Join the PestCo Team?
