We're seeking a versatile leader who can seamlessly blend program-level oversight with hands-on project management execution. As our Senior Program Manager, you'll align multiple projects with organizational goals while stepping into direct project leadership when needed, ensuring strategic initiatives drive meaningful business transformation. Lead complex execution: Manage intricate projects involving technology, operational excellence, and product enhancements while maintaining ownership of deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder engagement. Drive cross-functional collaboration: Partner with multiple teams to execute initiatives and resolve impediments while providing guidance and support to other project managers. Deliver strategic insights: Consolidate project status updates, track KPIs, and provide leadership with high-level summaries that enable informed decision-making. Ensure operational readiness: Set projects up for success by leveraging toolkits, best practices, and change management strategies that support sustainable outcomes. Manage risk proactively: Identify and mitigate risks across programs and projects while ensuring timely resolution and maintaining stakeholder alignment throughout execution. Qualifications What You Bring to Our Mission The leadership foundation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (equivalent professional experience considered) 5+ years experience in project management or client implementation management, preferably in TPA or employee benefits administration Proven experience as Program Manager overseeing multiple projects simultaneously The strategic expertise: Experience with large-scale, complex projects including cross-functional and cross-business collaboration Demonstrated success managing and influencing teams in ever-changing environments with focus on maximizing outcomes Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies, tools, and best practices The professional competencies: Strategic thinking: Ability to see big picture and align project activities with company's strategic goals Leadership influence: Capability to guide project teams toward successful delivery while working effectively with stakeholders Communication excellence: Outstanding verbal and written skills for engaging with technical and non-technical teams across the organization Problem-solving mastery: Strong analytical abilities with talent for proactively identifying issues and providing solutions Technical proficiency: Expertise in project management software and solid understanding of IT systems and processes Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements while working effectively in fast-paced environments Self-starter capabilities: Expert at defining and driving project plans with minimal guidance while advancing initiatives from limited direction Preferred qualifications: PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications Focus on implementing new services and products at enterprise level Experience in TPA or employee benefits administration industry Why You'll Love It Here We believe in total rewards that actually matter—not just competitive packages, but benefits that support how you want to live and work.
