Job Summary The Project Manager is responsible for guiding the successful execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives across the organization. This role demands ownership from start to finish, with a focus on meeting internal stakeholders’ expectations and promoting teamwork throughout the organization. Projects may span enterprise platforms, business transformation efforts, and product launches, requiring coordination across departments and with external partners. The target base compensation range for this position is between $135,000 and $160,000 and dependent on a variety of factors to include the candidate's relevant experience, training, education etc. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the implementation of multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously including Service Now platform deployments to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency; Salesforce CRM enhancements including integration planning, change management, and stakeholder alignment; Product launch management ensuring readiness across marketing, sales, support and operations. Develop, manage, and own comprehensive project plans and timelines by defining project scope, objectives, dependencies, and deliverables. Manage expectations and track project progress against milestones and KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and execution across business units. Meet changing demands and requirements by adapting and reprioritizing tasks efficiently within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including senior leadership, translating strategic goals into actionable project plans. Provide proactive, clear and concise communication throughout the project lifecycle managing expectations and reporting status updates. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Adjusting plans proactively to minimize impact. Hold senior managers and cross-functional contributors accountable for on-timely and accurate completion of project tasks Desired Qualities: Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across levels and functions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred 5+ years of hands-on project management, preferably in financial technology or SaaS environments Experience managing enterprise platform implementations (e.g. Service Now, Salesforce) Experience with M&A integration projects and product launch coordination Proficiency in project management tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, and other collaboration platforms SaaS and mortgage industry experience preferred FLSA Designation (US Only): Exempt Salary Range (US Only): The estimated base salary range for this role in the United States is $128,000.00 - $192,000.00 per year. For compliance with local legislation, and to provide greater transparency to applicants, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired hiring location or whether the position is remote. The posted range is an estimate and reflects many factors which are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, based upon geographic location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant factors. Other Compensation (US Only): This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire. Benefits (US Only): Full time employees will also be eligible for enrollment in a wide range of choices of benefits , including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k) participation (with company match). Time off (US Only): The Company provides a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees , sick time based on state requirements, 8 Company-paid holidays and 2 personal holidays per year.
