Manage dealer onboarding and software/payment solution deployment ensuring successful implementation and first transaction processing.
3-5 years in software implementation or customer onboarding with strong project management, communication skills, and knowledge of payment approval processes.
Job Description: • Proactively contact dealers to facilitate the onboarding application process, ensuring all requirements—including underwriting and payment activation—are met for successful system go-live • Lead the configuration and deployment of software and payment solutions, teaching our configuration standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all implementations • Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, tracking milestones, coordinating resources across teams, and ensuring timely completion of all implementation phases • Serve as the subject matter expert for product and payment-related inquiries, providing clear answers and guidance to dealers and internal teams throughout the implementation lifecycle • Partner effectively with Sales, Support, Account Management, Product, and Payment teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve implementation challenges • Oversee the entire implementation journey from initial application through successful go-live, including the first successful transaction (batch) processed by the sponsor, and transition to ongoing support Requirements: • In-depth knowledge of payment approval processes and procedures for onboarding, deployment, and implementation of merchant services products • Experience with application approval workflows, including underwriting and the steps leading to the first batch received by the sponsor • 3-5 years of experience in software implementation, project coordination, or customer onboarding roles • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to teach, support, and follow up with dealers and internal stakeholders • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams • Service mindset, attention to detail, and persistence in driving implementations to completion • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while maintaining strong team connections • Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support customers and resolve issues on-site Benefits: • Full time employees will also be eligible for enrollment in a wide range of choices of benefits , including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k) participation (with company match) • Time off (US Only): The Company provides a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees , sick time based on state requirements, 8 Company-paid holidays and 2 personal holidays per year
