Account Relationship Manager Location: remote Direct Hire Constellation Dealership Software companies, Dealer Information Systems have developed a leading dealership software for the Agriculture + Lift Truck + Construction markets. The Job The Account Relationship Manager shall have sales responsibility for all current and potential target market accounts for Quantum + Quipware + other system associated with Dealer Information Systems, in a specific market & defined accounts. Responsibilities include: Conduct account reviews for all dealers in assigned territory a minimum of one time in a calendar year. On-site business reviews for top 25 assigned accounts Build a pipeline of opportunity greater than 3X monthly/annual gross profit dollar goal. Responsible for compliance with usage of tools such as CRM, Quoting tools, etc. (Including updating all customer fields in SFDC, logging of all activities and including all notes/descriptions within SFDC. Increase assigned accounts ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue). Demo at a high level all initiative solutions for existing customers. Experience/Skills include: 2-3 years direct sales experience with track record of success, preferably in the software industry Previous experience within digital and web sales Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with a CRM to track sales information Dealership experience a huge asset Strong organizational skills Travel: 1 week, 4-6 times per year across North America to customer sites and/or Perseus offices FLSA Designation (US Only): Exempt Salary Range (US Only): The estimated base salary range for this role in the United States is $48,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year. For compliance with local legislation, and to provide greater transparency to applicants, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired hiring location or whether the position is remote. The posted range is an estimate and reflects many factors which are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, based upon geographic location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant factors. Other Compensation (US Only): This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Sales positions may be eligible to participate in the business commission plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.
