What You'll Do: - You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster loyalty and growth. - You will develop and execute customer success plans tailored to individual client needs. - You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to address client feedback and drive product enhancements. - You will proactively identify risks and opportunities within client accounts to ensure retention and expansion. - You will conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis to demonstrate ROI and value. - You will lead onboarding and training sessions to empower clients with product knowledge. - You will manage escalations and resolve complex issues with a customer-first approach. - You will contribute to the development of best practices and customer success strategies. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors. - Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts and driving customer retention. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and customer success platforms. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
