Role Overview: As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Persado, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and retention by delivering strategic guidance and support. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, maximize the value of Persado’s platform, and foster long-term partnerships. What You'll Do: - You will manage a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, ensuring their success and growth. - You will develop and execute customer success plans tailored to each client’s objectives. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and support to address customer needs. - You will proactively identify risks and opportunities within accounts to drive retention and expansion. - You will conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights to clients. - You will advocate for customers internally to influence product development and service improvements. - You will mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices in customer success. What You Bring: - You have 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships. - You have a proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and driving customer retention. - You are skilled in data analysis and using CRM tools to monitor customer health and engagement. - You demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with AI or marketing technology platforms. - Familiarity with compliance and risk management in marketing. - Background in mentoring or leading customer success teams. - Knowledge of Persado’s platform or similar AI-driven marketing tools.
