Role Overview: As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Persado, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and retention by delivering strategic guidance and support. You will work closely with clients to maximize the value of Persado’s AI-powered solutions, ensuring their marketing goals are met and exceeded. What You'll Do: - You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster trust and loyalty. - You will act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and challenges proactively. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and engineering to deliver tailored solutions. - You will analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - You will develop and execute customer success plans that align with business objectives. - You will lead onboarding and training sessions to ensure clients are fully equipped to use Persado’s platform. - You will monitor customer health metrics and implement strategies to reduce churn. - You will advocate for customers internally to influence product development and service enhancements. What You Bring: - You have 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within the SaaS or technology sector. - You possess strong knowledge of AI-driven marketing platforms or similar technology solutions. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex client relationships. - You have a proven track record of driving customer retention and growth. - You are proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools. - You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
