Role Overview: As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Persado, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their journey, driving adoption, and fostering long-term partnerships that contribute to their business growth. What You'll Do: - You will manage a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with Persado’s AI marketing solutions. - You will develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer engagement and retention. - You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to address client needs and deliver tailored solutions. - You will analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - You will lead onboarding and training sessions to empower clients with the knowledge to maximize platform usage. - You will proactively identify and mitigate risks to customer satisfaction and renewal. - You will advocate for customers internally, influencing product development and service enhancements. - You will track and report on key customer success metrics to leadership. What You Bring: - You have 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within SaaS or technology companies. - You possess strong knowledge of AI-driven marketing platforms or digital marketing technologies. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders. - You have proven experience managing complex client relationships and driving customer retention. - You are skilled in data analysis and using CRM tools to monitor customer health and engagement. - You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in AI or machine learning-focused companies. - Familiarity with compliance and risk management in marketing technology. - Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar customer success platforms. - Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
