You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success to foster long-term partnerships. What You'll Do: - You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their business goals. - You will guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of Persado’s platform. - You will proactively monitor customer health metrics and usage data to identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Support to address customer needs and feedback. - You will deliver regular business reviews and performance reports to demonstrate value and drive customer satisfaction. - You will develop and execute customer success plans tailored to individual client objectives. - You will advocate for customers internally to influence product enhancements and service improvements. - You will stay current with industry trends and best practices to provide expert guidance to clients. What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within SaaS or technology companies. - Strong understanding of marketing technology and AI-driven platforms. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. - Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships and driving retention. - Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and strategies. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
