You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support to foster long-term partnerships and drive customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their business goals. - You will guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of Persado’s platform. - You will proactively identify opportunities for clients to maximize value from our AI solutions. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and support to address customer needs. - You will monitor customer health metrics and develop strategies to reduce churn and increase retention. - You will deliver regular business reviews and performance reports to clients. - You will advocate for customer feedback to influence product development and enhancements. - You will stay current with industry trends and best practices to provide expert guidance. What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within SaaS or technology companies. - Strong understanding of AI, marketing technology, or digital marketing platforms. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels. - Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships and driving retention. - Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and strategies. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in AI-driven marketing or advertising technology. - Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. - Background in marketing, advertising, or related fields. - Demonstrated success in upselling or expanding customer accounts.
