Role Overview: As a Customer Success Manager at Persado, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients maximize the value of our AI-driven marketing solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, fostering strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction and retention. What You'll Do: - You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes using Persado's platform. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and deliver tailored solutions. - You will proactively identify opportunities for account growth and expansion. - You will conduct regular business reviews and provide strategic insights to clients. - You will troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. - You will gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to influence product development. - You will develop and deliver training sessions to help clients fully utilize Persado's tools. - You will track and report on customer success metrics to measure impact and inform strategy. What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles. - Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and technology adoption. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships. - Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. - Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in marketing technology or AI-driven platforms. - Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce. - Background in data analysis or business intelligence. - Demonstrated success in upselling or cross-selling within client accounts.
