Role Overview: As a Customer Success Manager at Persado, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients maximize the value of our AI-driven marketing solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their journey, fostering strong relationships, and driving adoption and satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring clients achieve their marketing goals using Persado's platform. - You will develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and strategic guidance. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and support to address client needs and feedback. - You will analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - You will lead onboarding and training sessions to help clients fully utilize Persado's AI capabilities. - You will proactively identify and mitigate risks to customer retention and satisfaction. - You will provide insights and reports to clients demonstrating the impact of Persado's solutions. - You will contribute to the continuous improvement of customer success processes and tools. What You Bring: - You have 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within the SaaS or technology sector. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders. - You have a solid understanding of marketing technologies and AI-driven platforms. - You are proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools. - You demonstrate problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client challenges. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in AI or marketing technology companies. - Familiarity with data analytics and performance metrics in marketing. - Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
