What You'll Do: - You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their business goals. - You will onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and effective use of Persado’s platform. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and support to address customer needs. - You will analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and increased platform adoption. - You will proactively resolve issues and provide timely solutions to enhance customer experience. - You will deliver regular business reviews and performance reports to clients. - You will advocate for customer feedback to influence product development and improvements. - You will contribute to the development of best practices and customer success strategies. What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles in SaaS or technology sectors. - Strong understanding of AI, marketing technology, or digital marketing platforms. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. - Proven problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
