Role Overview: As a Customer Success Manager at Persado, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients maximize the value of our AI-driven marketing solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, fostering strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction and retention. What You'll Do: - You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes using Persado's platform. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and deliver tailored solutions. - You will proactively identify opportunities for account growth and expansion. - You will conduct regular business reviews and provide strategic insights to clients. - You will troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. - You will develop and deliver training sessions to help clients fully utilize our platform. - You will gather and communicate client feedback to internal teams to influence product development. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status. What You Bring: - You have 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships. - You have a solid understanding of SaaS platforms and technology adoption. - You demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs. - You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - You have proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the marketing technology or AI industry. - Background in data analysis or performance marketing. - Familiarity with AI-driven content optimization platforms. - Proven track record of upselling and driving account growth.
