What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within SaaS or technology companies. - Strong understanding of marketing technology and AI-driven platforms. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. - Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving retention and growth. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the marketing or advertising technology industry. - Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. - Background in data analysis or business intelligence. - Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts.
