Role Overview: As a Customer Success Manager at Persado, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients maximize the value of our AI-driven marketing solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their journey, fostering strong relationships, and driving adoption and satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring clients achieve their business objectives using Persado's platform. - You will develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and strategic guidance. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and support to address client needs and feedback. - You will analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - You will lead onboarding and training sessions to ensure clients are proficient with our platform. - You will proactively identify and mitigate risks to customer retention and satisfaction. - You will provide insights and reports to clients demonstrating the impact of Persado's solutions. - You will contribute to the continuous improvement of customer success processes and tools. What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within the SaaS or technology sector. - Strong understanding of marketing technology and AI-driven platforms. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. - Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and driving customer satisfaction. - Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and strategies. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in marketing technology or AI-focused companies. - Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. - Background in digital marketing or marketing analytics. - Additional language skills or experience working with international clients.
