Role Overview: As a Customer Success Manager at Persado, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes using our AI-driven marketing platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success to foster long-term partnerships. What You'll Do: - You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their business goals. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. - You will proactively monitor customer health metrics and usage data to identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation. - You will lead onboarding and training sessions to ensure customers are fully equipped to utilize Persado’s platform. - You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective support. - You will gather and communicate customer feedback to internal teams to influence product development. - You will develop and execute customer success plans that align with strategic objectives. - You will drive customer renewals and expansions by demonstrating value and ROI. What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within SaaS or technology companies. - Strong understanding of AI, marketing technology, or digital marketing platforms. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels. - Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships and driving retention. - Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and strategies. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with AI-driven marketing or creative technology platforms. - Background in marketing, advertising, or related industries. - Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. - Additional language skills or experience working with global clients.
