You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their journey, fostering strong relationships, and driving adoption and satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer retention and growth. - You will collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and tailor Persado’s solutions to meet their needs. - You will provide proactive support and training to help customers fully utilize our platform. - You will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. - You will work closely with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Support to address customer feedback and improve the product. - You will monitor customer health metrics and develop strategies to mitigate risks. - You will deliver regular business reviews and performance reports to clients. - You will contribute to the development of best practices and customer success strategies. What You Bring: - You have 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles. - You possess strong knowledge of SaaS platforms and technology-driven solutions. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships. - You demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer challenges. - You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the marketing technology or AI industry. - Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce. - Proven track record of upselling and driving customer growth. - Data analysis skills to interpret customer usage and performance metrics.
