Role Overview: As a Customer Success Manager at Persado, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes using our AI-driven marketing platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support to foster long-term partnerships and drive customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their business goals. - You will guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of Persado’s platform. - You will proactively monitor customer health metrics and usage data to identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation. - You will collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to address customer needs and deliver tailored solutions. - You will conduct regular business reviews and provide strategic recommendations to maximize customer value. - You will advocate for customers internally, communicating feedback to influence product development and service improvements. - You will develop and deliver training sessions and resources to empower customers to fully utilize our platform. What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within SaaS or technology companies. - Strong understanding of marketing technology and AI-driven platforms. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. - Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. - Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making and customer strategies. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in AI or marketing technology sectors. - Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. - Background in digital marketing or campaign management. - Additional language skills or experience working with international clients.
