You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support to foster long-term partnerships and drive customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their business goals. - You will guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of Persado’s platform. - You will proactively monitor customer health metrics and usage data to identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and support to address customer needs and feedback. - You will develop and deliver training sessions and resources to help customers maximize platform value. - You will drive customer retention and expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. - You will act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and influencing product enhancements. - You will provide regular business reviews and performance reports to customers, demonstrating ROI and value. What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within SaaS or technology companies. - Strong understanding of marketing technology and AI-driven platforms. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. - Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving retention. - Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and strategies. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the marketing or advertising industry. - Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. - Background in data analysis or business intelligence. - Experience working with AI or machine learning products.
