What You'll Do: - You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their business goals. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. - You will proactively identify opportunities for clients to expand their use of Persado’s platform. - You will provide training and support to ensure clients are fully equipped to leverage our technology. - You will monitor customer health metrics and address any issues to maintain high satisfaction levels. - You will gather and communicate customer feedback to internal teams to influence product development. - You will develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer retention and growth. - You will report on account status, risks, and opportunities to senior management. What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles in SaaS or technology sectors. - Strong understanding of marketing technology and AI-driven platforms. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels. - Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and driving customer satisfaction. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in AI or marketing technology companies. - Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce. - Background in digital marketing or advertising. - Project management certification or experience.
