Role Overview: As a Customer Success Manager at Persado, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes using our AI-driven marketing platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support to foster long-term partnerships and drive customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their business goals. - You will guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of Persado’s platform. - You will proactively monitor customer health metrics and usage data to identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Support to address customer needs and feedback. - You will develop and deliver training sessions and resources to help customers maximize platform value. - You will drive renewal and expansion opportunities by demonstrating the impact of Persado’s solutions. - You will act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product development and service improvements. - You will resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience and high satisfaction levels. What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within SaaS or technology companies. - Strong understanding of marketing technology and AI-driven platforms. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. - Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving retention and growth. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the marketing or advertising industry. - Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. - Background in data analysis or business intelligence. - Experience working with AI or machine learning products.
