You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support to foster long-term partnerships and drive customer satisfaction. What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within SaaS or technology companies. - Strong understanding of AI, marketing technology, or digital marketing concepts. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. - Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships and driving retention. - Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and strategies. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
