Provides general support to the Construction Management Team and community by assisting with tasks, assignments, and projects relating to the construction, customer service, quality control, and safety processes. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in developing e-learning materials and training resources using images, graphics, videos, voiceover files, and interactive elements. Support research, writing, and editing of construction course content, training outlines, and scripts. Help update and maintain existing e-learning modules to ensure accuracy and consistency. Support Learning Management System (LMS) tasks such as uploading content, organizing courses, and resolving basic technical issues. Review and test e-learning materials for quality, usability, and accessibility prior to deployment. Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other team members to support training development and improvements. Provide general administrative and project support for L&D initiatives as assigned. Working towards a bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia, Education, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) required. Ability to think creatively with a high interest in e-learning software and/or instructional design. Demonstrate computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. WORK AVAILABILITY Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.
