Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Operator to join our team. As an Assistant Operator, you will work closely with the production team lead to ensure efficient operation of a Quality Product. Your role will involve assisting with machine setup, monitoring production processes, and performing quality control checks. The ideal candidate will have experience with forklift operation, mechanical knowledge. Responsibilities: - Assist in the setup and preparation of machines for production runs - Monitor machinery during operation to ensure smooth and efficient prduction - Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications - Handle materials, packages, and products in a safe and efficient manner - Collaborate with the production team lead to troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments Skills -Able to work in a One Team environment. - Safety as you highest Value - Being able to Maintain process - Proficiency in forklift operation and materials handling - Strong mechanical knowledge - Understanding of quality control principles and practices This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in manufacturing operations.
