Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required, with a CPA preferred. Candidates should have 7+ years of public accounting experience, including 3+ years in financial audit or TAS, along with strong knowledge of US GAAP.
We’re looking for a Senior Manager to help lead our growing Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (required) CPA (preferred) 7+ years of public accounting experience, including 3+ years in financial audit or TAS (preferred) Previous Due Diligence experience (preferred) Strong knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting areas Proven ability to lead due diligence engagements, including quality of earnings, working capital, and financial analysis Experience interacting with C-level executives and managing client relationships Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to successfully adapt and convey messages to all levels of management Demonstrated project management experience, and strong analytical skills to identify and support issues and resolutions to deal structures Ability to travel as needed What you’ll do Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements for buy- and sell-side transactions, including serving as primary contact for duration of due diligence process Analyze quality of earnings, working capital, forecasts, and key financial metrics of target client Identify risks and issues impacting deal structure and purchase agreements Identifies and proposes appropriate resolutions on a timely basis for critical issues related to the M&A process Oversee preparation of financial due diligence reports and present findings to clients Manages the development of proposal documents, and conducts presentations in pursuit of acquiring new clients Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify business development opportunities Collaborates cross departmentally to identify and promote the services of the TAS practice to existing and prospective clients, in addition to identifying cross-selling opportunities to other services lines Mentor and develop TAS team members Compensation and benefits: Salary range is $165K - $185K annually, varying DOE.
