10+ years of overall IT experience with strong focus on data engineering, data warehousing, and analytics 5+ years hands-on experience with Azure data processing systems including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS), Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics or Azure SQL Database 5+ years working in Agile development environments with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines 8+ years developing enterprise-grade ETL/ELT workflows supporting efficient data movement and processing in on-premises and cloud environments 8+ years of database architecture and dimensional data modeling experience (Star/Snowflake schemas) 8+ years of data migration and integration activities across heterogeneous systems 3+ years in a lead, senior, or principal technical role with demonstrated team leadership and mentorship Core Technical Skills
