Director of Sales (Salesforce) Our client is a fast-growing CRM and ERP services firm based in the Bay Area, CA, and they're seeking a Director of Sales to lead their Salesforce Services practice. Location: Bay Area, CA Remote with strong expectation for in-person client visits This role centers on driving pipeline generation and closing new business for Salesforce implementation services. The Director will work directly with customers and Salesforce’s internal teams, focusing on expanding market presence and building long-term client relationships. Key responsibilities • Generate leads through direct prospecting and strong Salesforce relationships • Own sales cycles from qualification to close, including contract negotiations • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams on proposals and solutions • Meet quarterly revenue targets and annual quotas • Maintain post-sales client relationships to ensure satisfaction and growth Requirements • 10–15 years in IT sales; 5+ years selling Salesforce services • Extensive network within Salesforce and with enterprise clients • Strong understanding of Salesforce products across all clouds • Excellent relationship management and communication skills • Experience managing cross-functional and global teams
