Job Title: Dynamic Office Assistant Needed at Performance Produce LLC Location: Salisbury, NC 28144 Job Type: Full Time, 4 days per week, 10 hour days. Mon-Wed, and Fri. Salary Range: $16-$19 per hour based on experience. About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to be the backbone of our daily operations. This role is perfect for someone who uses their initiative, is great with people, and thrives in ensuring a workspace runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll be the go-to person for a variety of tasks, making a tangible impact on our team's productivity and success. Key Responsibilities • Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner and manage incoming phone calls and correspondence. • Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry. • Office Upkeep: Maintain a tidy and organized office environment, manage inventory of office supplies, and order new supplies as needed. • General Assistance: Provide support to managers and other office staff with various projects and tasks as needed. Qualifications & Skills • Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a related role is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a working knowledge of general office equipment. • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to schedule changes and stressful situations.
